I. Your DAY OF Wedding Directing Package includes:
Asistance ONE MONTH prior to your Wedding with an in-depth pre-wedding consultation
Reviewing ALL of your vendor contracts and agreements
Acting as your advocate by verbally confirming all of your contracted vendors
Confirmation of final payment schedules with your vendors
Handling disbursement of all final vendor payments (Bride & Groom shall provide any/all monies due)
Pre-visiting and conducting logistical analysis of your Ceremony and/or Reception venue(s)
Developing a REALISTIC Wedding Day itinerary, with your final approval
Vendor follow-up with written itinerary confirmation and setup schematics, as needed
Supervising the setup of the Ceremony and/or Reception on the day of your Wedding
Displaying your ancillary wedding items, such as place cards, unity candle, guest book, favors, card holder, toasting glasses, and cake knife (as provided by the Bride & Groom)
A Ceremony rehearsal, plus organizing and directing the processional and recessional
Wedding party communication and duty assignments, as necessary
Assisting with out-of-town guest arrangements and delivery of hotel welcome baskets (as provided by the Bride & Groom)
Acting as the "point person" and liaison for all vendor questions and last minute details
Having a Wedding Day "emergency kit" available, just in case
Other concierge and support services as requested and agreed upon in advance
Ensuring that your Wedding Day is well composed and stress-free!
"PEACE OF MIND" INVESTMENT: only $695.00
II. Your CEREMONY ONLY Package includes:
Assistance TWO WEEKS prior to your Ceremony with a detailed planning meeting
Reviewing all of your Ceremony-related vendor contracts and agreements (i.e. Officiant, church or venue, musicians, soloist, etc.)
Acting as your advocate by verbally confirming all of the above contracted vendors
Pre-visiting and conducting logistical analysis of your Ceremony venue, as needed
Developing a REALISTIC Ceremony timeline, with your final approval
Conducting a Ceremony rehearsal
Supervising the setup of the Ceremony and confirming final arrangements with the florist, photographer, videographer and/or Officiant, etc.
Displaying your programs, bubbles, unity and/or memorial candles (and making sure there are matches and/or lighters available, as needed)
Attending to last-minute details as necessary in preparation for the Ceremony, helping to keep things running on schedule
Guiding the Ushers with seating of guests, as necessary
Organizing and directing the Ceremony processional, lining up the Bridal party to ensure everyone walks down the aisle in the designated order
Assisting the Bride with her gown before walking down the aisle
Signaling the musicians for song changes
Lining up the Bride & Groom, Bridal party and families after the recessional for a receiving line
Organizing the Ceremony "exit" for the Bride & Groom (i.e. helping to pass out bubbles, etc.)
Referring guests to the Reception if the Bride & Groom are taking pictures
Gathering up any ancillary items that need to be taken to the Reception

III. Your FULL SERVICE Wedding Coordination Package:
Theme development and event design assistance (our specialty!)
Vendor sourcing, referral and recommendations
Ceremony and/or Reception site evaluation and logistics
Assistance with budget preparation and cost control, as needed
Scheduling and/or attending vendor meetings, as requested
Vendor contract negotiation (Bride & Groom shall provide final approval and sign ALL contracts)
Vendor follow-up with itinerary confirmation
Assessment of catering (food & beverage) needs and menu recommendations
Consultation by telephone, via e-mail and in person, as arranged
Wedding party communication and duty assignments, as necessary
Arranging out-of-town guest accommodations and hotel room block
Other concierge and support services as requested and agreed upon in advance
Coordinating and directing the Ceremony, including a rehearsal
Day Of directing, Wedding Day orchestration and time management (as described above; a $695 value)
CERTIFIED WEDDING COORDINATOR: $1,750.00
ALA CARTE Consultation Options:
Reception Site contract negotiation ($75.00/ hour)
Vendor Sourcing & Referrals ($50.00/ hour)
Concierge & Support services ($50.00/ hour)
